The Useful Means website does not ask you to create an account and does not include advertising trackers. The site does not set its own cookies. Like most web hosts, our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access to deliver and protect the site.

Email contact

If you email us, we receive the address you write from and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your inquiry and maintain the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your question.

Shortcut Radar

Shortcut Radar is in active development. Its core inventory and analysis features are being designed to run locally on your Mac. Some features may require macOS Accessibility permission to inspect visible application menus. Permission-gated behavior will be explained in the app before access is requested.

Any future optional online feature will be documented before it is released, including what information it sends, why it is needed, and what choices are available.
